Deposit confirms your space and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
In the event that the organiser has to cancel or reschedule (due to reasons beyond control such as adverse weather etc.), your deposit can be used towards another event or will be refunded.
Please notify the organiser of any allergies or dietary requirements you may have.
The organiser is not responsible for any injuries/medical issues/accidents or theft that may occur during the event.
Each person is responsible for their own property and welfare.
Everyone attending must have or be able to obtain before the start of the trip their own personal travel insurance. Full payment is due 90 days before hand and this is non- refundable after this point.
